Marketplace orders:
Orders from all marketplaces come to the Order Dashboard automatically. Real time quantity updates are done by the application for all marketplaces. The solution automatically ends items if the quantity reaches zero or a pre-defined quantity level.

Custom order stage:
You can use the default order stage such as Just arrived, Sent to Warehouse, Despatched and Cancelled or create a custom order stage based on operational requirement to suit your business needs.

Returns Management:
Our solution allows you to generate a Return Merchandise Authorisation(RMA) number and send a notification to the buyer instantly with the details. This also lets the Warehouse and Customer Service Team quickly process the returns for better customer satisfaction.

Integration with Couriers:
247 TopSeller is fully integrated with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx, UK Mail, Interlink and DPD. The respective tracking id's are also sent to marketplaces in real time once the orders are confirmed as despatched.

Image hosting and management:
We give you free image and rich media hosting with a user-friendly interface to upload images. A single image upload can be sent to different marketplaces which saves you time.

Integration with warehouse and dropship companies:
Our solution can adjust set quantities based on the inventory location and preferences set. Orders for Dropship are sent to the supplier automatically and the order status is updated accordingly. Orders can be exported in spreadsheet format for any date range, order stage or marketplace.

Custom Notifications:
You can notify customers through email or SMS and update them on their order status at all points. Notification templates can be set based on order stage and events.

Invoice, pickup sheet and packing slip settings:
The invoice, packing slip and pick-up sheet can be customised using the WYSIWYG editor. Your warehouse pick-up sheet can be printed by sorting on Product Title, BIN Location, Warehouse Location or Product SKU.

Integration with Tradebox:
An accredited Sage Developer and Sage Business Partner, Tradebox are the authors of Finance Manager, a unique accountancy plug-in solution for online retailers wishing to impose financial control over their trading activities. The application is fully integrated with Tradebox Finance Manager 2010 for sending order reports to Sage accounting software. This eliminates the need to enter the data manually for all orders.
